Nicola Mallin – General Manager/Account Manager

As General Manager, Nicola is responsible for directing the organisation’s daily operations and managing the company’s business elements. Her primary responsibilities include reviewing and implementing operational procedures to guarantee that the company offers excellent service to all customers and maintains a high standard of working environment for Righton employees.

She works directly with her accounts on all aspects to ensure a high level of customer service is provided. With her strategic thinking, she can acquire product from both the UK and the Far East, ensuring that all customers have continuous supply, and the most competitive prices are obtained. Her technical knowledge is extensive, so she can assist customers with queries regarding specific items and offer advice when necessary.

Glenn Goodman – Business Development/Account Manager

Glenn’s role is to identify new business prospects to help the business to grow. He liaises with the sales team, and promotes new ranges to ensure that all accounts are aware of everything that Righton fasteners provides.

Glenn keeps updated on industry changes, and market trends and may provide alternate solutions as required. His product expertise is extensive, which is beneficial when working with new accounts and supporting them with any needs. As an account manager, he also provides excellent customer service with a personable and friendly approach covering all areas of the business including sales, purchasing, and dispatch.

Joanne Roberts – Sales Executive/Account Manager

Joanne works closely with her customers daily, and her primary focus is on providing exceptional customer service. This is accomplished by monitoring stock levels, reviewing accounts, and guaranteeing that customers have continuous supply.

She advises on products, answers consumer queries, and prepares quotes.
