Items can be packed into multi-compartment boxes, boxes, or sealed bags complete with product details, logos, and barcodes according to your specification.

Automated Packing

Large volumes are accommodated utilising our range of semi-automated and fully-automated packing machines. Quantities of products can be packaged individually or in multiple item packs.

Components are packed into heat-sealed bags and weighed to ensure accuracy. We can then apply either labels or direct print onto the bag for product details, logos, and barcoding to your exact design specification.

Hand Packing

Certain products may not lend themselves to automated packaging for reasons of size, weight, or quantity, so we offer manual hand packing of products into grip seal, or heat-sealed bags in single, or multiple quantities, with the option of labels as required.

Single Item Packing

Single items (either free issue or sourced from our stock) can be pre-packed to customer-specific quantities, for example, 10’s, 25’s, 50’s, 100’s, 500’s, or 1,000 pieces, bagged into grip sealed or heat-sealed plastic bags.

Multi-Compartment Packing

We can kit products into multi-compartment plastic boxes. Our boxes have multiple configurations to accommodate a variety of sizes and quantities. The box lid can be designed with a single or multi-colour printed label or insert which can detail its contents, logos, and contact details, etc.
